    Barcode Scanning Software now Available Free of Charge

    Schleuniger’s new barcode scanning software is now available to all customers free of charge.

    Schleuniger’s new barcode scanning software is now available to all customers free of charge. Previously, the software was available via a license key for an additional fee. The barcode scanning feature is available on the following machines:

    • UniStrip 2300

    • UniStrip 2550

    • RotaryStrip 2400

    • CoaxStrip 5200

    • JacketStrip 8310

    Existing customers can receive a free software upgrade for their machines, which will activate the barcode scanning feature. With the barcode scanner, programs from the machine’s library can be activated by simply scanning a barcode on the work order, without the need to search for the program in the menu. This greatly reduces set-up time and eliminates operator error when switching between jobs!
