Radevormwald | Center of Competence Cut, Strip & Terminate
The wonderfully rural municipality of Radevormwald, where textile and machine manufacturers used hydropower to operate their machines back in the time of the industrial revolution, has been home to the Schleuniger Cut, Strip & Terminate site since 2004. Deeply rooted in the Bergisches Land region with its rich tradition and with a worldwide reputation for the outstanding quality of the company’s products, there are 120 employees working in development, production, service, and sales in the Mermbach industrial park. They are motivated and passionate, but above all enjoy their work. This is due in no small part to the deeply rooted cohesion, the mutual trust, and the flat hierarchical levels which make the tightly knit team of specialists so successful.
In Radevormwald, the daily work focuses on developing new technologies and suitable solutions for customers, but we never forget our corporate responsibility. Internally, we support skilled workers with further training opportunities, train qualified junior staff, and offer personal development programs. We also sponsor local school projects, day care centers, and the organization Home of Smile e.V., and take the opportunity to support the activities of local organizations as a sponsor.
