2 New Entry Models
With the CrimpCenter 61 and CrimpCenter 62, Schleuniger introduces 2 new entry models to the family of fully automatic crimping machines. While the CrimpCenter 62 with 2 processing stations is the ideal solution for Crimp to Crimp applications, the CrimpCenter 61 has been designed specifically for processing one wire end (with up to 2 processing stations). Both machines offer an excellent price / performance ratio and are fully compatible with Schleuniger's ToolingShuttle System (TSS) to reduce change-over times to a minimum.
6 Stations for Maximum Flexibility
The large base plate of the CrimpCenter 66 accommodates up to 6 processing stations, making it a perfect machine for complex applications or production environments where applications frequently change. From compaction (resistance welding) to doubling crimp applications or twisting & tinning - the CrimpCenter 66 allows for a extremely wide range of configuration possibilities.

With the 3 new models, Schleuniger now offers an entire family of fully automatic crimping machines - all based on the same platform. High productivity, unmatched user-friendliness, short change-over times and full networking capabilities are the key benefits of all CrimpCenters. The various models allow you to tailor production to your needs and optimize what's most important: your productivity.
All new models process wire cross sections between 0.15 - 6 mm² (26 - 10 AWG). With the optionally available thin & short wire processing kits, wires can be processed down to 0.05 mm² (30 AWG).
