The new CrimpCenter 61 & 62 models were presented by Schleuniger for the first time at Productronica 2007 in Munich. They extend the series of fully automatic crimping machines as 2-station machines that process cables up to 6 mm². The new family members offer very economical processing possibilities for a wide variety of cables.

The Microflame Soldering Station (MSS) is a new modular processing station for partial wire and terminal tin plating on Schleuniger’s fully automatic crimping machines, the CrimpCenter Series. The SpirFlame™ system from the Spirig company plays a central role.

Schleuniger custom made blades are used for such diverse applications as hose-cutting, window slitting, or offset cable lengths. Application specific custom blades can significantly extend the application range and automation capabilities of your wire processing machine such as the UniStrip 2600, OmniStrip 9450, PowerStrip 9500 or MegaStrip 9600 models.
