Processing Stations

Processing stations for crimping, sealing (weather seals), twisting of conductor end strands, tinning and doubling crimp capability. With full software integration, all processing stations are perfectly suited for models of the CrimpCenter series (depending on machine layout).

UniCrimp 220 A 20 kN crimping station with integrated crimp force monitoring and optional automatic crimp height adjustment.	UniCrimp 500 Powerful crimping machine for side/rear feed banded terminals. Processes large wire sizes up to 16 mm² (6 AWG).
UniCrimp LPC A Crimping station for CrimpCenter series for processing turned loose piece terminals of 0.14 – 4 mm² (AWG 26 – 12).	SLP 2000 20 kN crimping station with integrated crimp force monitoring and optional automatic crimp height adjustment.
SLU 3000 Sealing station for CrimpCenter series. Processes a wide range of weather seals. Optional seal-check available.	SLD 4000 Double gripper module for CrimpCenter series for horizontal or vertical doubling crimp capability.
SLD 4100 Space-saving, fully pneumatic double gripper module for horizontal and vertical doubling (1 - 4 mm / 0.039” - 0.157”).	STW 1000 Twisting station for CrimpCenter series. Twists conductor end strands and can be mounted in SLP 2000.
STS 1000 Tinning station for lead-free tinning with integrated fluxing. Suited for all models of the CrimpCenter series.	KM-CFK Compacting station for stranded wires from 0.5 – 6 mm² (AWG 20 – AWG 10) for fully automatic crimping machines.
MINIC II Ultrasonic welding station for compacting of stripped wire ends from 0.22 – 6 mm² (23 AWG - 10 AWG).	MSS Microflame Soldering Station Fully automatic high-precision tinning of crimped terminals or stripped wire ends of 0.22 – 6 mm² (23 AWG – 10 AWG).
