Fully Automatic Crimping Machine
The CrimpCenter 65 is a fully automatic swivel arm crimping machine with 5 processing stations. At a maximum feed rate of 12 m/s (39.4 ft/s), the CrimpCenter 65 allows high-quality crimping, sealing, twisting and tinning of wires from 0.15 to 6 mm² (26 - 10 AWG).
With the optionally available thin & short wire processing kits, the CrimpCenter 65 easily processes wires down to 0.05 mm² (30 AWG) and 35 mm (1.38'') length.
Various configuration possibilities provide for maximum flexibility and allow processing with up to 3 crimping stations. Several other configuration possibilities are possible for specific applications or special solutions.
