Machine Layout and Processing Stations

The CrimpCenter 61 can be fitted with 2 processing stations for crimping and applying weather seals or for twisting conductor end strands and tinning. For doubling crimp capability the double gripper module SLD 4000 is available.

Instead of a crimping station, the CrimpCenter 61 can also be equipped with a STW 1000 twisting station and a STS 1000 tinning station. Click below for detail information on these processing stations:

(2)			STS 1000 Tinning station for lead-free tinning and fluxing.
