POF Quality Assurance Network
The POF Measuring Work Station offers complete quality assurance for Plastic Optical Fiber (POF) cables. Various high precision testing devices are integrated in one quality network providing for automated recording of all test data.
Measured values are automatically compared to set reference values and a test protocol is created. All testing devices can also be deployed stand-alone and networked if needed.

Optical analysis of surface integrity. The camera picture is displayed real-time on the PC screen for saving of single images. |

Motorized pullforce testing for destructive tension loading tests up to 1'000 Newton. |

All measured actual values, together with the required target values and images are analyzed and saved in a test protocol. |

The table offers optimum accessability and ergonomic operation of all testing devices. Standard PC with flatscreen and printer. |
High Process Reliability and Data Traceability
Each device can automatically record the data into its memory. To ensure data integrity, values cannot be changed until the entire job is cleared. The time and date-stamp associated with each test reading also assure the customer that the values were taken at the proper times and they correlate to when the job was actually run.
