Machine Layout and Processing Stations
The CrimpCenter 66 can be fitted with up to 6 processing stations for crimping, applying weather seals, twisting conductor end strands, compacting and tinning.
Thanks to the large base plate and the flexible software concept, integration of other processes is possible. In below shown sample configurations, there are different applications possible without changing the basic machine layout.

Sample Configuration 2
In this sample configuration, wires may be processed according to a wire list. The CrimpCenter 66 sequently produces wires with doubling crimp and different wire lengths.
