While TCP/IP minimizes initialization and response times between control unit and processing stations, it also provides for easy integration of the CrimpCenter 64 HD into your company's Intranet without having to install any new infrastructure.
The optional EASY ProductionServer software allows you to efficiently manage production orders on a central PC. Orders can be sent via network to connected CrimpCenter machines world-wide.

Short operator training times, icon-based menus for language independency, and touchscreen for quick operator inputs are only a few characteristics of the CrimpCenter machine software EASY.
The same software platform is used for all CrimpCenter models, so that operators basically know how to run different models once they have received their basic training.
Quick-lock systems, spare part replacement without tools, and exploded view drawings / schematics including spare parts lists directly stored in the machine software are other features that will contribute to yield you a quick return on investment.
