Fully Automatic Crimping Machine with 4 Stations

The CrimpCenter 64 HD is a fully automatic swivel arm crimping machine with up to 4 processing stations. It is ideally suited for medium to large cable applications from typically 6 to 25 mm² (10 - 3 AWG). The standard range of small to medium cable cross section of 0.22 to 6 mm² (23 - 10 AWG) may be alternatively processed. At a maximum feed rate of up to 12 m/s (39.4 ft/s), this versatile fully automatic crimping machine allows high-quality crimping, sealing and twisting of wires at maximum productivity.

Heavy Duty

Large cable dimension processing requires a rugged system design with reliable and suitable equipment. Therefore the CrimpCenter 64 HD - HD stands for "heavy duty" – is equipped with up to two powerful presses: the UniCrimp 500 A crimping press is specially designed for medium to large cables up to 16 mm² (5 AWG) with a unique knee lever drive providing excellent press force dynamics of up to 49 kN. The UniCrimp 1100 A crimping press processes large cables up to 35 mm² (2 AWG).

Schleuniger also offers adequate HeavyCrimper crimp applicators for larger cross sections available as pneumatic rear-feed or side-feed version. For optimized prefeeding from large and heavy coils, we recommend the Schleuniger PreFeeder 4600 and PreFeeder 4700. These high-end feeding systems allow handling of cable spools up to 600 kg (1.334 lbs.) or 1'000 kg (2'222 lbs.) respectively.

From Seal to Seal applications to twisting or doubling crimp applications; the flexible platform of the CrimpCenter 64 HD can be configured according to your production requirements.
