HFLM 890: Pre-Loading of FLM Housings
The HFLM 890 is a semi-automatic machine for pre-loading terminals in FLM housings for further processing. The housings are manually loaded in a pushing device. The machine then unwinds the FLM terminals from a contact spool and inserts them in the housing.

HFL 877: Assembly of Pre-Loaded FLM Housings
With the HFL 877, Schleuniger offers a solution for semi-automatic processing of pre-loaded FLM housings. Suited for Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC), Flat Foil Cable (FFC) and Extruded Flat Cable (exFC), the HFL 877 assembles the pre-loaded FLM housings in 2 processing steps.

The flat cable is inserted manually and the machine mounts the pre-loaded FLM housing on the cable. Loading of housings on the conveyor belt can be realized manually or automatically.
