Fully Automatic Pre-Assembly
The MFL 800 is a fully automatic production line for pre-assembly of Flat Foil Cable (FFC), Extruded Flat Cable (exFC) and Flat Laminated Cable. With the MFL 800 flat cables are prepared for connectorization and further processing.
Depending on your production requirements, the MFL 800 is customized to meet your individual needs. The modular design allows combination of various processing modules:
- Machine control center
- MFL 810 Unwinding / feeding module
- MFL 820 Printing module
- MFL 830 Laser stripping module
- MFL 860 Module for separating and stacking
Additional Modules
Additional modules are available to further extend the capabilities of the MFL 800 beyond pre-assembly:
