Technical Service in More Than 50 Countries

Schleuniger service doesn't stop with selling a machine. Competent local service and the possibility to communicate with a service technician in your local language is equally important to us. Over 100 service engineers and product specialists are servicing Schleuniger wire & cable processing equipment in more than 50 countries from Europe to North and South America, to Africa, Asia and Asean. We choose those who represent our products very carefully and train them regularly. Hotlines and quick response times are the corner stones of our service efforts.

Our Service-Package

Schleuniger experts advise and support you in finding the best machine for your individual production requirements and install the machine at your premises. Customized training programs allow your staff to quickly learn the operation of the machine and preventive maintenance programs with regular service intervals help you to minimize machine downtime while extending the lifetime of your equipment. If there is a technical problem that can’t be solved via the phone, our field service will come to your production facility and service the machine at your premises.

Services offered may vary from country to country, but usually comprise the following:

Wire sample service

Send your wire or cable sample to your local Schleuniger sales & service representative. We will process your wire to your specifications (cut, strip, crimp, mark etc.) and recommend the most suitable and economical solution tailored to your application. Processed samples, along with a detailed report are sent back to you for checking immediately.

Installation Support

Your Schleuniger service partner installs the machine at your production facility and gives your operators a basic training of how to program and run the machine. Because appropriate training is key when it comes to programming a machine, Schleuniger recommends to purchase professional training together with your machine. It’s an investment that pays off quickly as it helps to get your production up to speed in the shortest possible time.

Our representatives offer different training programs for your machine operators, maintenance and repair staff. While basic operator training is standard with every machine installation, further training can be tailored to your needs and may take place directly at your facility or at the local service partner’s location. Sometimes Schleuniger partners also offer specific technical machine workshops with participants from several customers.
