Compact-Class Assembly – Fits in any Garage
The active dereeler is loaded from the front to save space. The small dimensioned housing accommodates spools with diameters of 400 – 920 mm and widths of 315 – 712 mm. The cable accumulator is located on the top of the dereeler chassis. It functions according to the dancer arm principle (storage volume from 3 m to 6 m).
Fullsize-Class Handling – Can Be Operated by Everyone
The cable reels can be loaded by a single person and are electrically lifted at the push of a button. The operating elements are clearly arranged, logical in their use and easily accessible. Thanks to the spool lift, even 300 kg spools can be loaded with minimal effort. The cable accumulator’s ergonomically arranged pulleys allow for quick cable loading.
Racing-Class Performance – The new Formula 3500
The high-performance drive is designed for reel weights up to 300 kg. The maximum dereeling speed is 5 m/sec. Varying tensions resulting from high acceleration generated by the processing machines are absorbed by the cable accumulator. The cable tension is pneumatically adjustable.
