EcoCut 3200

The newest machine from the Schleuniger product family is the EcoCut 3200. This unit can be fitted with the universal Cable Cutting- or Tube Cutting Head.

Unique Tube Cutter Principle

The universal cable cutting head can measure and cut cable, wire and tubing with an outer diameter of up to 10 mm. With the tube cutting head, tubes up to 12.7 mm diameter can be processed with excellent quality results. The unique tube cutting principle results in perpendicular, burr free cuts.

The EcoCut 3200 is electronically controlled and has several interfaces for peripheral units. The cutting heads can be changed in less than 1 minute. Operation is based on menu guided programming and is therefore extremely easy and user- friendly.

High Productivity through a Double Cutting System

The quiet roller drive transports goods to be cut with continuous, repetitive accuracy to the programmed length. High transport speed and the double cutting mode (blades that cut in both directions) guarantee quick cycle time.

The EcoCut 3200 offers an excellent price to performance ratio, high flexibility and solid quality. Thanks to its flexibility in feeding, printing and further processing, it can be expanded into a fully automatic processing line.
