UniStrip 2700

The UniStrip 2700 is a semi-automatic programmable machine used for stripping FFC (flexible flat cable), ExFC (extruded flex cable) and flat band cable with circular conductors. The cables can have a width of 63 mm and a thickness of 8 mm. The maximum stripping length equals 30 mm plus the stripping length of 35 mm. Flat, Radius, Cutting, U-Contour or other cable specific blades cut and strip the insulation of the cable. The diversity of blade types allow for very precise and almost limitless stripping variations. Complete, partial or multiple stripping of one or both ends is possible. Windows can be stripped on one side. The slitting of flat or round conductors is also possible. The UniStrip 2700 is also suitable for the stripping of coaxial flat band cable.
