Now it will be even easier with the EASY ProductionServer Version 2. In close consultation with customers, the earlier software version has been reworked and extended with many new functions.

Production jobs are registered in a central location and distributed to CrimpCenter machines via the network. Therefore, the machine operator does not need to enter any job data manually at the machine. This not only reduces downtime, but also excludes the possibility of operator input errors.

Simple Item Management

With simple links to Excel data files, items to be produced on CrimpCenter machines can be transferred into the production selection. Alterations or additions to item data in Excel data files are recognised automatically. This simple method of item management makes quick integration in the production planning possible.

Often machine settings, such as speeds or waiting times, are adjusted depending on the cross-section or length of the cable or crimp-terminals. These can now be transferred into the item data. It can thereby be ensured that the machines receive the optimal appropriate production characteristics together with the items and do not need to be set up each time by the machine operator.

Automatic Sorting & Distribution

After the selection of production jobs, preparation time can be optimised, sorted and distributed to the machines. EASY ProductionServer calculates the preparation times and the production times depending on the set work parameters.

Three different representation styles, calculation of the necessary total production time and the necessary preparation time, as well as the present status of the machine, make the planning details clear.

All machine feedback messages, such as quality data, production- and preparation times or usage data can be recorded in different Excel data files. The composition of the data, what should be recorded when, and in which Excel data file, can be set up easily in just a few minutes with EASY ProductionServer via Drag&Drop.

EASY ProductionServer supports all CrimpCenter options such as wire-list production, barcode testing, ToolingShuttle System (TSS) and all available processing stations.
