Permanently changing and increasing demands in production require customized processes and handling. The TransferModule 1500 is thereby the cost-effective solution to enter the world of automation.

The TransferModule 1500 is a semi-automatic platform for customized linked processes. Complex, quality-critical processing steps are automated where repetitive precision, flexibility and quality assurance is of utmost importance.

Compared to using individual machines for each processing step, with the TransferModule 1500 the workload is more efficiently distributed, and at the same time carried out more precisely. An appropriate automatic sensor system provides reliable monitoring of production errors and guarantees a continuous high quality standard.

Application Samples

The combination of manual insertion and preparatory steps with automatic processing cycles opens up a wide range of applications. Single processes such as stripping, crimping, twisting or tinning are performed with field proven standard machines integrated into the TransferModule 1500 platform. Technically complex and costly procedures, such as loading of the components being processed, are performed by the operator. After loading, the TransferModule 1500 completes the assembly in fully automatic fashion. Additional features, such as crimp force monitoring, electrical testing or component position monitoring are optional.
