For the PowerStrip 9500 P and RSL, Schleuniger offers a FO version for processing Glass Optical Fibers with Kevlar strength members. A special FO cutter head allows accurate cutting of the difficult to process Kevlar strength members.
Kevlar is a material very difficult to separat requiring special Kevlar cutting blades. With the FO version of the PowerStrip, the Glass Optical Fiber (GOF) cables are measured, cut to length and jacket stripped.
