Programmable Crimping Machine
With 11 tons of crimping force, the UniCrimp 1100 T is a programmable benchtop crimping machine for cable cross sections up to 35 mm² (2 AWG). It processes both rear and side feed banded terminals (open or closed barrel type).
Schleuniger also offers the required special crimp applicators for processing large cable cross sections. Their sturdy construction guarantees highest accuracy and low maintenance costs.
Simple Operation
With the user-friendly control panel, operation of the UniCrimp 1100 T crimping machine is simple. The crimping process is triggered by a foot switch. Crimp force monitoring is optionally available.
For ease of set-up, the UniCrimp 1100 T features a creep mode. This enables the drive mechanism to be moved slowly backwards and forwards facilitating visual checking.
Short Cycle Times
The UniCrimp 1100 T features a proven combined crank/knee lever drive for fast closing of the crimp applicator. This guarantees short cycle times and an ideal forming process during the actual terminal crimping. For flexible applications, the UniCrimp 1100 T crimping machine is equipped with a quick-change applicator base plate.
