Automatic Coiling Machine
Heavy-duty single pan coiling system for in-line or stand-alone coiling of wire, cable or tubing. Coils cables up to an inner diameter of 300 mm (13") and handles coils weighing up to 40 kg (88 lbs.). It features a rotary design with moveable pins to adjust for different coiling diameters. Several parameters can be programmed.
Easy Handling of Heavy Coils
Another unique feature of this design is the easy unloading scheme, using retracting pins and an automatic safety cover lift. The machine is very versatile and can function in one of two different operating modes:
- Coil only - for efficient offline coiling of precut materials
- Auto coil - as an integrated post-processing accessory for use with cut & strip machines.
As the turntable rotates, the material is coiled around the inner pins. When the coiling is complete, turning stops and the safety cover opens automatically. The pins retract downwards until they are flush with the turntable so the operator can easily remove the coiled material.
