Fully Automatic Crimping Machine
The CrimpCenter 66 is a fully automatic swivel arm crimping machine with up to 6 processing stations. At a maximum feed rate of 12 m/s (39.37 ft/s), the CrimpCenter 66 allows high-quality crimping, sealing, twisting & tinning and compacting (resistance welding) of wires from 0.15 to 6 mm² (26 - 10 AWG).
With the optionally available thin & short wire processing kits, the CrimpCenter 66 easily processes wires down to 0.05 mm² (30 AWG) and 35 mm (1.38'') length.
Various configuration possibilities provide for maximum flexibility and allow processing with up to 4 crimping stations. Several configuration possibilities allow for specific applications or special solutions.

Like all CrimpCenter models, the CrimpCenter 66 is equipped with servo motors and features a unique electronic process control system. Smooth acceleration and stopping movements of the swivel arms provide for highest positioning accuracy without compromising speed.
