The unique design of the patented Schleuniger rotary incision units and heads enables the processing of coaxial and micro-coaxial cable, conformable cable and shielded cable in an unprecedented quality unable to achieve when using conventional stripping methodes.
Simple Working Principle
The cable is centered using 2 or more centering jaws which are concentrically aligned with the rotary blades assuring perfectly round incisions. The increments of the incisions are 0.01 mm in diameter enabling the highest accuracy possible in terms of incision positions and depths.
Cable related blade changes become redundant, thus saving precious changeover time - making rotary stripping an interesting option for cables that could also be processed with conventional stripping.
